Poet is Programmable

This installation, Poet is Programmable, is a comment on computerized creativity. It showcases the process of program development through three generated poetry books—Poet 0.01, Poet 2.01, Poet 3.01. These books are paired with a projection of Poet 4.01 generating new poetry branching from the previous programs.

When the viewer walks closer, the pseudo code is revealed, exploiting the rule set for all four poets. Poet is Programmable is exploring the equity of creativity while questioning the ability of computers to manifest existentialism.
